Field Trips

When you are ready to book the best field trip for your students, you'll need to make a reservation on our website! Keep in mind, you will need at least 20 students to accompany you, so it is important to ensure you have enough people tagging along for the fun and educational ride!

These rates are per person, and include a one-hour tour of one of America’s top show caves!

We also offer gemstone mining! This experience is a blast for both younger and older audiences alike! This experience can be added to any reserved tour, and each student is provided a bag of mining rough and gets to pan for minerals!

Your students can expect to find semi precious minerals such as Emeralds, Fools Gold, Amethyst, Garnets, and Sapphires! Plus, your students will be able to keep all of the treasures they find. All of this for just $5.00 per person!

Group Tours

Our group tours are a fantastic experience for all in your crew! Bring friends, family, or if you are a team of professionals, bring your whole staff! You'll get to experience the beauty and awe that is Bridal Cave, but not just inside the cave! 

Bridal Cave has gorgeous views all around, and we have been voted America's Most Scenic Cave Tour, meaning you will find stunning views throughout your entire trip, no matter where you go!

The most scenic cave tour in Missouri is surrounded by the natural beauty of Thunder Mountain Park .  This incredible Lake of the Ozarks attraction  covers hundreds of acres.  It spreads over more than a mile of Lake of the Ozraks shoreline, a mile of highway frontage along Old Missouri Route 5, and all the acreage in between.  That is a lot of nature to be explored! It's time for Spring Break! You don't need to travel to some sandy beach to get away from everything. Our scenic Lake of the Ozarks attraction feels lucky to be located in the center of some of the most natural beauty in America. There's no need to travel any further than right here, the Midwest's Coast!  There are buds on the trees and the flowers are beginning to bloom, the fish are biting, and the lake is calling out to us all! Stalactites & Stalagmites - Which is Which?

Caves in Missouri , as well as around the world, are filled with stalactites and stalagmites.  Everyone has heard of these, but most people have trouble remembering which is which.  Today's Bridal Cave blog will hopefully help you to remember once and for all which one hangs from the ceiling and which one hangs from the floor.  We'll even teach you some interesting facts about how both are formed.   There are a couple of different ways that people use to help them keep these two types of formations straight.  Stalactites are fixed "tight" to the ceiling, and stalagmites "might" trip you when you walk.  Another trick is to use the spelling. StalaCtite has a "C" like the Ceiling from which it hangs, and stalaGmites have a "G" like the Ground they grow on.  You may think these ideas sound corny, but we bet at least one of them will stick with you and you will always remember!
