This popular YouTube Chanel, "World According to Briggs" has over a half a million subscribers and tops of great content! If you are not already a resident here at the Lake of the Ozarks, you may be wondering what they had to say about living at the Lake of the Ozarks!

Tops Reason Lake of the Ozarks is a GREAT Place to Live!

The lake is huge (1,150 miles of shoreline), with plenty of land to build on

-The cost of living is “dirt-cheap”

-Plenty of small towns dotted around the area (he lists a couple that are not really even towns anymore, but we won't hold it against him)

-Property and homes are still comparatively cheap, for those currently living in many of America’s cities (especially the west coast)

-You can have a home and private dock, right on the water

A Great Place to Explore!

Another reason we thinking living at the Lake of the Ozarks is the best is it's a great place to explore! With plenty to keep you busy, you won't be bored if you take advantage of the fun places to explore! Two gorgeous state parks, many local attractions, and so much more!

Explore Bridal Cave!

Guided tours leave every few minutes and last approximately one hour. Tours are conducted over concrete pathways through the Cave’s refreshing 60-degree environment. Park interpreters will lead you and your family through room after room of incredible mineral deposits. Giant columns, delicate soda straws, and massive draperies abound throughout the cave. Millions of years of struggle between water and rock have created this cavern with more onyx formations than any other known cave or cavern. In fact, thousands of school children each year explore Bridal Cave as part of their educational program. A tour through Bridal Cave is a family adventure you will never forget.

One of America's most scenic
cave tours.
