July is officially in full swing, and the outdoors are heating up! You want to be careful not to overheat and that's why today, our family attraction at the Lake of the Ozarks has some tips for beating the heat this Summer! We may not be able to control the weather but we can do a few things to beat the heat this summer! During periods of high temperatures, it's important to always drink plenty of fluids. You don't want to get dehydrated and drinking plenty of fluids can help keep you cool. Being out in the sun is a lot of fun but it's important to take a break to cool off every once in a while. Use a fan or go into the air conditioning for a while to cool off. Once you've taken some time to cool off you can head back out and enjoy some more fun in the sun!
