Fall Festivals at the Lake of the Ozarks!

Fall is finally here and the Lake of the Ozarks is going to be full of fun events to enjoy with your friends and family! Our Thunder Mountain Fall Festival starts very soon and our staff is working hard to transform our Lake of the Ozarks attraction for our 2nd Annual Thunder Mountain Fall Festival! Every weekend in October, the park comes alive with live bluegrass music, over 1,000 pumpkins in the park, and many other fall-themed activities! In the meantime, if you can't wait to have some fall fun, Saturday, September 29th, 2018 with be the Pumkin Chunkin Palooza at Ozarks Amphitheater. Get all the details below! Pumkin Chunkin Palooza Saturday, September 29th 10am-5pm The main event is centered around the giant trebuchet, which is a machine that was used in medieval times to hurl stones or other large objects at their opponents. For this event, one was built to chuck pumpkins far and wide, just for fun! Trebuchet demonstrations will be held every hour on the hour!  

✈ Lake of the Ozarks Air Show THIS WEEKEND! ✈

The Lake of the Ozarks is full of fun annual events. This weekend, Saturday, September 22, 2018 is the Lake of the Ozarks Air Show at the Camdenton Memorial Lake Regional Airport . Vendor booths will open at 10:00 am and the show will conclude at 3:00 pm.  This annual event at the Lake of the Ozarks is going to be packed with entertainment for folks of all ages to enjoy. This day will consist of areal displays, static displays, vendor booths, car vs. plane rases, and much more. A Heartfelt Surprise 65th Wedding Anniversary Inside Bridal Cave!

The emotions were high on Sunday, September 9th, 2018 inside Bridal Cave . We had the opportunity to be a part of a surprise 65th wedding anniversary. Frank and Peggy Brown's extremely thoughtful children reached out to us to help plan a romantic and intimate surprise inside our cave at the Lake of the Ozarks and we were happy to help! Their children wanted to do something special for them so they planned a romantic anniversary surprise in honor of their accomplishment. Mr. and Mrs. Brown celebrated their honeymoon in 1953 with a trip to Bridal Cave with longtime friends. What better way to celebrate their milestone 65th anniversary than revisiting their honeymoon destination! It's that time of year for another Bikefest to roll through the Lake of the Ozarks. This year, the 12th Annual Bikefest will take place  September 12-16, 2018.  Thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts from all across the United States will spend a few days taking in some of the most scenic rides in the country. From concerts, extreme motocross, and much more you won't want to miss the chance to ride your bike to one of the biggest events of the year at the Lake of the Ozarks.
