Bridal Cave had a blast hosting the Mini Shootout meet and greet last week! Now the Lake Area is gearing up for the 33rd Annual Shootout! The Lake of the Ozarks Shootout is the largest unsanctioned boat race in the US, named one of the nation’s eight “must-see” boating events according to Powerboat Magazine! It's almost time for the kids to head back to school which means the countdown to the end of summer fun is on! All you have to do is purchase a bag of sand inside the gift shop and take it outside to our sluice and pan for a variety of rough-cut gemstones! The Lake of the Ozarks is celebrating Missouri's 20th birthday in a BIG way! Events have been happening all summer long but one of the events that we are most excited about is the Lake of the Ozarks Best Dam Fireworks Display! Fireworks will be set off all across the Lake on Missouri's Birthday on August 10th! Bridal Cave is sponsoring one of the firework display locations - read on to learn more! Best Dam Fireworks Display  Missouri's 200th Birthday  August 10th, 9:45 PM  10.5 MM of the Big Niangua Arm  Fireworks will be set off in front of Bridal Cave starting at 9:45 PM and synchronized to music that will be broadcast on the 93.5 Rocks the Lake FM. The optimum viewing is by boat at the 10.5 mile marker of the Big Niangua Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks.
